Their client acquisition process was highly manual and inefficient, requiring hours of searching LinkedIn for relevant job vacancies and then manually identifying and contacting the correct decision-makers. This limited their ability to scale outreach and capitalise on new opportunities quickly.
The Blue Seas AI Solution: A Bespoke Outbound Lead Generation System
We built a bespoke, AI-powered outbound lead generation and engagement system designed to automate the most repetitive parts of their sales process:
Automated Lead Sourcing: The system automatically scans LinkedIn for new job postings that match the agency’s ideal client profile (e.g., tech companies under 1,200 employees hiring for sales roles).
Contact Enrichment: For each relevant vacancy, the automation enriches the record with multiple data points. For example, the hiring manager’s name and LinkedIn profile. For vacancies with no direct contact (c. 75%), we created an AI-profile based on a large number of data points. These included career history, personal causes like volunteering, languages spoken, awards received, email address, and multiple other relevant points in order to facilitate an organic outreach to build trust.
AI-Powered Outreach: The system orchestrates a multi-touch outreach sequence, including personalised emails and calendar booking links, with built-in “human-in-the-loop” checkpoints for final message review before sending.
