Are you AI consultants on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane?
Yes. Blue Seas AI is an AI consultancy based on the Sunshine Coast, with a Brisbane office at Level 34, Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street. We do three things: AI consulting and strategy (the AI Scan and the AI Blueprint), AI systems built into the tools you already use and run for you, and AI training for your team. Do you do AI strategy, or only build AI systems?
Both. Most firms start with the strategy. The AI Scan takes up to two hours and shows where AI pays off first (an AI readiness assessment). The AI Blueprint turns that into a 12-month plan (an AI roadmap) of what to hand to AI and what never to. Then we build the systems into the tools you already use and run them, coach your team, or Bart joins your leadership team part-time as your Chief AI Officer.
Do you run AI training and workshops?
Yes. Team AI Coaching/Mentoring, live workshops for your team, and the one-hour AI Power Hour. Every session is hands-on and uses your own work, in person on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane, or online.
What does it cost?
It starts with the AI Scan, at a fixed price. Take the next step within 30 days and the Scan fee comes off its price. After that, the price depends on the size of the job and how much it will save you. Current prices are on our Book your AI Scan page.
Is our client data safe?
Your files and records are stored in Australia. Your data is never used to train AI models, and a person keeps the final decision on anything that goes out.
How fast do we see a return?
We aim for a return within 90 days. The Blueprint pays for itself, or it's free. The Blueprint states, on its first page, the recoverable productivity it has found over twelve months, at your firm's own rates and volumes. If that figure is below the Blueprint fee, the deposit and any Scan fee credited to the Blueprint are refunded, no balance is due, and the Blueprint is released to you regardless.
